Novotel Marrakech Hivernage

Everything was great especially the location!! Some reception staff were a little rude, don’t know whether that was because of the language barrier but overall the rest of the staff were amazing!!

We liked the hotel location, walking distance to Médina, Guliez and all top restaurants (Nobu, Koya, Lotus etc.)interior design was bit dated.. restaurant downstairs was very nice. , breakfast was perfect, all staff were so friendly. . The pool was beautiful with lots of sun.

Nice large room and very clean. Beds comfortable. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant food and buffet breakfast not as good as expected. Poor service and breakfast not ready at scheduled time. Most of the breads and pastries were stall and only limited items presented at any given time during the buffet. Not worth the money.

Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. They went above and beyond the line of duty. Rooms very clean and staff always cleaning common areas of hotel. Great location for seeing the city and convenient to airport. Highly recommend this hotel.
